A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 30 days before departure for international tours and 14 days for domestic tours.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified during booking. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation. Right Tours Thailand is not responsible for denied entry due to improper documentation.
Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in tour activities. We recommend travel insurance for all bookings.
Right Tours Thailand acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, local operators). We are not liable for:

Right Tours Thailand reserves the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives and will notify travelers as soon as possible of any changes.
Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not interfere with the enjoyment of other travelers or local communities. Right Tours Thailand reserves the right to terminate services for travelers who engage in inappropriate behavior.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is the property of Right Tours Thailand and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand.
